Pierson High School is a community driven by parents who want what's best for their kids. At times, this can be confrontational and isn't always in the best interest of the students. Most of the teachers lack interest in helping their students. The social climate at this school is also something to keep in mind, as it can damage students.

The class sizes are very small so there is a lot of close interaction with teachers. However, in my opinion, there is too much emphasis on sports and not enough on music and the arts.

I had 3 children graduate fro Pierson. Most recently in June of this year. While the teachers for the most part due a good job, you need to be a relative or a relative of a relative to be considered for a job. This seriously limits the pool of potential teachers.
