My experience at Swan Valley High School was simply mediocre. The best parts were the Friday night football games, the friends made along the way, and the memories. The worst parts were the lack of diversity, poor teacher quality, and poor environment.

Swan Valley overall has been a great school. There are some major hidden flaws in the school system that many don't know about yet they work around this factor and they have for a good amount of time. Superintendent makes very questionable calls for weather and snow days. Most of the teachers are good a handful aren't.

I have enjoyed my time at Swan Valley - I have had great teachers that have mentored me to be my best, I've been encouraged to step out of my box and it has done wonders for my self esteem. I don't really feel that there was a worst part or experience as of to date. The changes i would like to see is more students going out for anything that maybe interesting to them whether they think they can do it or not, you never know. Your high school years fly by so I would to see the students to be shown or pushed to step out of their comfort zone so they can say I tried something new without feeling that they wouldn't be accepted.

One of the posters below mentioned that SV does not prepare students for college, this may be a little true but i have not met one person in college that was truly prepared for what it requires.
