GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Saint Albans High School has given me a wide range of opportunities that not many other schools offer; however, Saint Albans High School has been missing a lot of academic courses in their curriculum. Some of these courses include: AP Environmental Science, AP Calculus BC, etc. While Saint Albans High School is currently missing these courses, it is still an amazing school with a plethora of opportunities.

The worst parts of my experience was people crowding up the bathrooms all the time. I would like to see a change in the rule that we cannot carry book bags.

I had a great time, teachers were nice, administration was helpful, and students were great. Many many friends there.

Would give 0 stars if possible. This school and the administration that run it do not have your child's interests in mind. From the lazy staff and teachers to the unfair administration that is there just for their paychecks. The school is dirty and has been infected with rats, cockroaches, and bedbu...

Terrible school, due to office personnel. Teachers overload with homework. My daughter comes home from school to do homework and is up until midnight trying to get it all done.

Not a good school to go to at all. Moving away from this school. So this should tell you something right there. If you have to move because of a school that doesn’t help children with learning difficulties you better stay away. They only care about there athletes.
