The best part of the experience is probably the community you have here. At ML, it feels like you get to know people you wouldn't have known otherwise. Even as a senior, I feel like I'm getting to know more freshmen and sophomores than I would at other schools. The worst part is probably the facilities. It's an old campus, and you can tell, especially with the bathrooms. It's been refurbished bit by bit, though, and it's 100% better than my freshmen year.

This is my son's first year as a freshman at Michigan Lutheran High School. So far, we couldn't be happier here. This was definitely the perfect fit for my son. The staff and teachers are just amazing. They really go above and beyond. This school really stays true to guiding its students to a strong Lutheran family dynamic. We feel safe and everyone is just so nice. I'm really looking forward to the next few years here.

Michigan Lutheran High School is awesome. Everyone is so friendly, and there are so many fun activities to do. There are so many ways to get involved. Everything about this school is amazing.

As with any reviews, they must all be read with the idea that maybe someone has had a bad experience and unhappy. I've sent 2 students to MLHS and both have had great experiences. I know that no school is perfect, but unfortunately for a Christian school ML falls short too many times. A large portion of the staff at ML come across as unkind and uncaring. If you are not involved in sports(and are good at sports) or very blessed academically, some of the teachers don't pay much...
