Some teachers will modify the work for students with a para. Some let the para do it, others don't shorten assignments at all. Some teachers take time to explain things, others don't. I feel we are very lucky to have our paras. I feel like they care about us when some teachers don't. Some teachers just seen to want to help the smart kids. I think we are lucky to have band and chorus.
