GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Gibbs Highschool's music program is declining due to lack of school funding. However the culture and diversity is good.

I am very thankful for my time at gibbs and every one I met there. Being apart of the PCCA program was a very important experience for me and my growth. My school is often given a bad reputation but there are some truly amazing people there. All the staff care a lot about the school and try their hardest. I couldn't see myself going anywhere else.

Administration arbitrarily enforces rules based on whim and prejudice. Teachers don't seem to be on the same page as one another. Mixed messages abound, adversely affecting student outcome.

She spent K-8 at a private school so we were looking at public choice as well as private.Ultimately, I let her decide, and after auditioning for their dance program, she decided this was the place. She is just finishing out h...
