GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

I love my school. I love the staff and all of the teachers. They have helped me get a passion for academics. They have developed a relationship with the community college, and the juniors and Seniors can take college classes. This has helped me a lot because these classes are based on students ready for the next level. This is not wasting our time; It is preparing us for the upcoming years. Sallisaw high school will forever be in my heart, for they have seen me grow throughout the last four years.

I loved my time at Sallisaw High School. We were one of the top schools academically in Oklahoma which shows a lot about how they do things with academics over there. All in all it was a great environment and I loved the school and staff.
