MacArthur High school is a good school when it comes to college prep, especially with their new program that gives freshmen the opportunity to develop college credit throughout their high school as well as receiving their high school credit the bad side of the school is the kids leaving a bad reputation with their continues fights, but overall MacArthur has really great school spirit

MacArthur High School changed my life. It introduced me to so many people and ideas, and provided me multiple places I felt at home. I played Volleyball, where the coaches were always there for me. I never felt alone and the team was a good group. They pushed me to become my best and I definitely grew a lot. PALS also taught me so much and even pushed me to go into the major I am pursuing. It helped me intentionally create connections with peers, elementary and middle school students, and even taught me a lot about how to communicate with adults. I will forever be thankful for my high school offering this program. I have also been involved in fine arts which challenge me daily to become stronger in their subject and to serve others in any way I can. I don't know what I would have done without music and the people I met through MacArthur Choir and Acapella.

I've been at MacArthur for all of my high school years and I would say it does provide the perfect high school expierence. I play soccer at the school and the program is really good and I've learned a lot about it. Since I am a minority and an asian, I feel like I have been accepted and never ever felt any racial discrimanation against me. I would say there was a time where I felt like one of the teachers were very unprofessional and didn't do his job but he was suddenly removed from his postion as a teacher. So overall, Macarthur is an expierence I will cherish forever and I'll make sure to tell my stories to my future kids.
