School only teaches the bare minimum required by state law. Principal does not protect children who have been bullied instead she puts her efforts protecting the bullies. The school has many bullying problems. The leaders of the school do nothing g to help the children who have been bullied, these children are left feeling they have no one to turn to for help.

Very poor leadership children who have been bullied are not protected and end up not getting the education they should be getting even though the whole school only teaches the bare minimum required by California laws
