The Principal at Washington Elementary is not supportive and understanding of children with special needs, he just wants to get rid of them and send them off to a different school rather than help them and meet their needs. They have a wonderful staff! There are great efforts made by teachers to keep children motivated and encouraged to learn. They have a lovely little garden, great clubs and are good communicators! This small STEM school has such a great sense of community in Little Italy!
