Marin Academy truly lives up its promises. The academics are excellent, the community is tight-knit, the facilities are superb and it places a lot of emphasis on belonging. The student body is quite diverse for a private school in Marin. I have two very different students at this school and they both have love their MA experience. The school claims that they focus on the whole person, and it is true -- the arts, sports and human development are equally emphasized. I just wish that the tuition could be lower...

While Marin Academy had its ups and downs, I felt prepared academically for university and I felt like I was provided an environment that pushed me.

It's a great school and the world is rather demanding but it sets you up well for the future. I think the kids there are all very kind and my child has trouble making friends elementary and middle years but he made a great group of friends and just loves it.
