GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

I loved all of my teachers when I went to Sandy Creek. Classes were easy and when times got tough for me my senior year, all of my teachers were understanding and helped me through it all.

Sandy Creek Central School is an awesome school. It is a very small school which I love because you get to know everyone and all the staff get to you know you very quickly. There are so many activities to be part of and the teachers are very good at what they do. The school Administration is also active and really great at what they do.

There are some really great teachers here that genuinely care for students and want them to leave school with knowledge of a subject and the outside world. However, many teachers seem to only be here for the benefits and only try to get kids to graduation. We have teachers that really care and teachers that do not care at all. There is almost no in between.
