Santa Cruz is our local neighborhood school. One thing I can say consistently about Santa Cruz is that I felt my child was physically safe. There is much talk around our little town about the supposed poor quality of education at Santa Cruz. I moved my son ALL over the place during his tenure at Santa Cruz. Whether at local A rated charter schools, performing Kyrene School District schools and even out of state in Texas, my son's education and progress was always equal to or bettter - never behind - any of the schools I moved him to. Every year, if possible, we always came back to Santa Cruz.
