I love the project based learning that the school uses. They follow the curriculum of Sarasota County which I'm very comfortable with although I am still learning all of the new Florida Standards.

My daughter loves this school. There are many clubs after and before school. Very minimal homework, as most work is completed in class. I feel like my daughter is challenged and engaged. This school was not a good fit for my child as my child is gifted but artistic. SSAS is a very regimented school. There is a great deal of homework - not called homework - unfinished classwork, projects, etc. Although volunteer hours are mandatory-the school does not want parents at the school durin...

Both my daughters attend at SSAS. New facilities, nice available programs. Love the uniforms ! Makes getting out the door in the mornings a lot faster ! Very responsive teachers and principal. Would recommend this school ! DG-Sarasota
