Sasakwa offers lots of extracurricular activities. 4-H, Business Professionals of America, Student Council, Academic Bowl, Upward Bound, Gear Up, and more. Probably about 50% of the students participate in extracurricular activities.

School spirit is obviously present. It seems like the whole community watches the sports games. The athletic facilities are all in good condition. The softball and track teams probably have the best performance. The only thing bad about the sports program is favoritism.
