Love the music program. Mohonasen has an award winning orchestra run by the greatest instructor. Many graduates go back just to visit and even play their instrument with the orchestra.

Mohonasen has provided an excellent education with multiple opportunities to earn college credits. Their Project Lead the Way Engineering program has provided exposure to a variety of engineering types allowing students to narrow their field of interest.

I graduated from mohonasen in January 2022, and I’ve never experienced a school that cared less about its students. Teachers, counselors, even the superintendent. The building and town itself isn’t horrible, but the environment the school created is far from optimal for learning.

Both my children have been going to this school since kindergarten. We’ve had all good experiences. Great teachers, counselors,other students, and staff. Have nothing bad to say and happy we are part of the Mohonasen family!

Class of 2005! I can't believe all the negative reviews for Mohonasen. Has it got that bad over the years? I was born and raised in Rotterdam and to this day still talk to my friends from Mohon. Just as bad as the Schenectady School District. This school was awful when I went there and from others stories it's worse now.
