For a small town, Scobey is pretty good with using what they have. My only problem the bullying portion, and I wished the administrators would help a little more with actually punishing those who are rude to others or constantly breaking the rules. They seem to be getting better with this, but most of it is the parenting involved with those repeat offending kids.
