I have been with the school for almost 10 years now between my 2 sons - both of whom have been SPED - and absolutely love it. My guys only had SPED as a resource and not self-contained and the SPED teachers we have had have been caring and considerate and love their students like their own kids. The regular education teachers have been just as fantastic. The few issues with bullying we had were handled quickly and professionally by all involved.

My daughter attended J Wallace James, and I witnessed firsthand how her medical needs were ignored. She had a documented kidney condition with clear instructions not to run or overexert herself, yet she was still forced to. That caused her unnecessary pain and stress. J Wallace James is an awesome school. The teachera actually love their job and it shows in how they love and support their students. My boys love their school. The teachers and staff go out if their way to make learning fun.
