With more than 60 campuses nationwide, Fusion Academy offers an alternative approach to education with one-to-one teaching for middle school and high school students. In 2019, they expanded into Arizona by opening Fusion Academy Scottsdale, a fully accredited private school located in neighboring Gainey Ranch and serving students throughout the valley.
Although not a traditional private school with hundreds of students on campus, Fusion Academy Scottsdale offers customized education where there is one student and one teacher per classroom. Here, teachers act as mentors and personalize their curriculum to meet the needs of the individual student, who may attend full time or part time on a schedule that works best around their extracurricular activities and specific goals.
Within the academy’s facilities, students can study and socialize in the Homework Café and participate in clubs, student meetings or programming designed to help build relationships and opportunities, including the campus-wide Community Action Program.
At Fusion Academy, their mission is to love, motivate and teach in order to improve student outcomes.
