Scranton High is a good school for the most part. It would be a better experience if they worried more about education than what shirt someone is wearing. Most teachers are great but there are some who don't care about teaching which hurts the students.

As for the academics I feel our children have received an excellent education. Our son is going to graduate with 27 dual enrollment credits. The downside is you as a parent need to be on top of opportunities like this. The administration does not share/communicate as much as they should.

Terrible. I graduated from this school with all As and Bs. When I got to college I was immediately behind. An A at this school is equivalent to a C at better schools. Just look at the test averages,. As for leadership and character building, this school is apathetic to development of its students. F...

This school and Riverside are the best schools in this area. There are very well classes like Honors, Law, Marketing, Engineering , etc. The principal is outstanding. I have NO problems with this school or with sending my child here. My children love it in this school and my grandson is in Riverside...
