Small, extremely rural school in Maine. Math classes are horrendous, the sciences used to be incredible but the teacher retired my senior year so I'm sure they're as bad as the math classes now. Arts and music are lacking due to the small size and little resources of the school. Great baseball and softball teams.

Searsport District High School is a small school with very limited class offerings. I was able to succeed with the small class numbers and one on one attention from teachers. I almost feel like I was not challenged enough though. There are no AP classes and we were stuck with only one choice for foreign language.

The clubs and organizations that we have at our school are student council, class representatives, yearbook, after school program, and writing programs. The administration supports supports these clubs and organizations. The people that are apart of these organizations and clubs are very committed. The most popular is yearbook.
