I am an 8th grader here at SMS. There have been some issues with teachers and faculties over the past 2 and a half years, but at the same time, there are great teachers here too, teachers who do care about their students. The school over-all is wonderful, but there is room for improvements.

The staff at Seymour middle school have zero regard for families needs and fail to help students who don't fit their cookie cutter standards, I have been highly disappointed in Seymour middles actions during my children's time there

The teachers, for the most part are encouraging and genuinely care about the students. A few are unqualified in my opinion. The principal is a flake, but the current administrative assistant is a great educator and is a key part of the school in the disciplinary factor. In general, the school is saf...
