This high school is quite the experience. The best parts include making lifelong friends, participating in fun events like prom and football games, and discovering new interests through a small selection of clubs and activities. On the flip side, the worst parts were the stress of exams, dealing with unnecessary drama, and the pressure to conform. I would like to see an addition of variation in classes and clubs.

My experience with Seymour Senior High School has been nothing but positive experiences. All my teachers wish nothing but the best for me and give me all the tools I need for my success as well as the faculty which works every day to denture my school stays safe. However; I do wish to see more crackdown on the smoking problem in our school. It seems that more and more kids are smoking everyday and I wish to see the school put a stop to this swiftly and effectively.

My high school experience was made very enjoyable by Seymour High School. The school was filled with great opportunity and allowed for me to succeed both academically and athletically. I was able to take high level courses that prepared me for my path in college.

You’re also lucky if you don’t get moldy, spoiled, and big infested food. Can’t complain to the school though, because yo...

This school was an awful experience. Preference is given to the children of "those families" who have been in town for generations. Kids who don't easily fit into that group, or are seen as troublemakers, or those who are lost, are tossed aside. Bullying is rampant at the school. The teachers are ou...

I'm not sure what the circumstances were behind the bitter criticism of the parent's post, but I have found Seymour High School to provide the best experience for all my children. I am not "a particular family with special privileges" - my children worked hard, studied, and strive to do their best....
