Very typical small town, West Texas school. Sports rule the school and everyone there is just trying to survive high school.

I have absolutely loved my experience here at Shallowater. Since I was enrolled in kindergarten here I have always been surrounded by an amazing community. If you are looking for a place to raise your kids and have an amazing couple of years, I highly suggest choosing Shallowater as the place to do that.

As a senior at Shallowater High School, I've grown fond of the staff and overall environment. While the school does tend to focus more on athletics than academics, there's something for everybody.
