GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Not very diverse, but neither is the town. Average food, relative good academics, but almost no arts but there is some music

As a school looking from the outside in, Sharpsville Area Senior High is a pretty average high school and is probably just like any other small town high school. As a student attending the school it's a whole other story; any problems you are having with other students such as bully gets pushed to the side or ignored.

Education-wise, in some classes I've seen classmates tend to struggle if it's not already a topic they're familiar with, and bullying incidents aren't handled the best in some cases. Beyond that, though, my personal experience with the school was excellent: teachers are friendly, food is okay, some dishes much better than others, and it has a fairly pleasant environment.

Unbelievably clicky. This school only cares about football. The one redeeming factor is the great staff. The teachers care deeply for the students!

One word. FOOTBALL. If you are not apart of it then good luck. All of our resources are pulled to supply the ever growing need of football. Most sports are being cut to the point where you buy your own equipment. We barely had track and field this year and the academic budget is slipping.
