GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

I would like to see more diversity, especially around black history month. There are absolutely no big special things about learning black history. 90 percent of that school is mostly white, so barely any culture at all. And a good chunk of students are either racist, homophobic, or both. This is why I went to LCJVS instead. And the students are an irritant.

I liked how personal everything there was, since it is a pretty small school, everyone knew each other.

My overall experience at brookside high school was excellent. The clubs were lacking a little. I would like to see them add more college prep courses but overall my experience was fantastic.

Wonderful administration, caring teachers, and the small school provides endless opportunities for my children to participate in. The small school culture provides a student focused learning environment for my children.

Brookside has various programs that enhance the student's diversity in all areas. What I like the most is the genuine concern given by the staff toward the students.
