needs better leadership for bullying of the disable, terrible school as reflected by test scores, terrible school system with a unreachable superintendent, and a sorry school board

My daughter is in Kindergarten. She takes the school bus. On the way home, another child stabbed my daughter in her neck. The school will not discipline the child because they can't tell by the video if it was intentional or not. That should not matter. They won't even give me the information for me...
