Some teachers are very hardworking and very passionate about their subject which makes class entertaining and educational. Most teacher aren't though. There is the occasional fight and all of our sports teams lowkey suck, but it's whatever. The theater department is very well produced and probably the best after school activity.

It was a very rollercoaster experience. The best part was some of the teachers as some of them was very nice and you can form a great connection with them as well. The worst parts are definitely some of the classes as some are really hard which some teachers purposely make it like that. It's very tough and not really great. I would like to see change in how the teachers run their classes and hopefully they're nicer and more understanding.

It was overall a pretty good experience even though covid was happening during most of my high school life. I liked my teachers and was given some positive feedback from them they also helped me when I needed help which was a big plus.

My daughter graduated from Shelton high school. School offers many resources and provides support to students. General issues are across all school systems even the highest rated amity, trumbull, fairfield etc. If student is focused and parents are engaged, individuals can achieve best in school.

Poor! Shelton is a beautiful growing town. The town has grown faster than the school system. There are lots of politics within the school system. It’s not a warm welcoming environment. The school needs the staff to be overhauled and a fresh start. The schools complain about lack of funding but the s...
