Most of the teachers don't even teach and I have to help kids often. Every kid I've talked to feels like the vice principal is out to get them and that she gives unneeded punishments They tell us to follow the P.O.W.E.R standards when they don't!

OMS is blessed with some outstanding teachers. Under the guidance of one of our district's most effective principals, this school really does a middle school model. the teachers know nothing about their students and when parents want to volunteer at school they are never called back . the parents want to be involved but the school wont accept parents as volunteers. the teachers dont recognize students with high ability levels they ignore them and only work with...
