Sherwood is a great school and a very great community where i was able to fit in and fulfill my requirements to be a successful high school student.

The diversity and academics of sherwood are decent and not something that holds the school back. However, some of the facilities and parts of the building are old and outdated.

My child started high school this year and is in special education and has an IEP. The administration staff are unresponsive and ignore emails from parents. The only school in MCPS that continues to hold virtual IEP meetings. He was put in a Math 180 intervention but there was only one teacher train...
