Warm, welcoming, attentive and high academic standards. Wonderful experience for both kids and parents. It is a nurturing and open environment where kids are encouraged to be kind, creative, and think critically.

Most private schools such as this are supposed to be more advanced or more intense, but while I will admit to the faculty being extremely helpful, it really wasn't any different from the public schools, just more expensive.

There is a lot of love and community at this school. Past leadership has not been effective and there has been a lot of turnover/loss of qualified individuals at the parish due to financial constraints. Hopefully the current leadership can turn around the financial stability of the parish and school...

I have been a St. Francis parent for the last 6 years.Responding to previous posts:1.) The concern about parent aides is no longer applicable, no parents are working as aides at the school currently.2.) Regarding teacher turnover, there is not the "revolving door of teachers" as it is made to sound....

Very strong community with involved parents. The children make friendships that last through all grades. Parents get to know each other and become friends too. Academic standards and conduct expectations are high. The result is a safe, friendly environment where kids can learn and grow.
