My time here has been easy for the most part, but I would like to see changes made to the curriculum as far as readiness. I think the college prep could be improved.

What I love about the school is a handful of teachers and their college program with the edison community college. Worst parts are all vaping in the bathroom

My overall experience at Sidney High School was great. They are some of the best years of my schooling career. I didn't have a bad time there. I have gotten awards for my academics here. I excelled in high school. Plus having the opportunity of going to Upper Valley Career Center prepared me for the workforce and for my college life ahead of me. I don't see that Sidney should change anything. The staff want to see you succeed and are there to help you at any time. Of course, there were times I was frustrated with my work all because I couldn't understand it. But my teachers helped me through it and I eventually got better at it. All in all, I say that Sidney High School is a good school, and would recommend it.

This school is probably one of the worst schools in the Northern Dayton area. For one, a good chunk of teachers are straight out of college and usually leave after 3 years; to get a better job at a better school. This leads to hit and miss teachers, on how effective they are. Great experience. Helped prepare me to go to The Ohio State University from which I recently graduated. Without the preparation from the dedicated teachers, coaches, and mentors, I would not have been ready to face the challenges college would bring.

I have had a very nice experience at sidney high school. I have always been a proud yellow jacket and a cheerleader. Despite my rating I think it was a pretty good school. Not everyone can say that about sidney though so I had to voice others opinion
