The school provided an avid social scene with a focus on working in groups. There were performing arts opportunities in which I excelled. Academically, the Yeshiva is a bit behind the local public schools. I enjoyed my experience.

There are no available electives until 12th grade. Before then, the school assigns your classes. The department directors are first rate teachers in their subjects. There are definitely some good teachers in addition to them. There are many options as a senior. There were six available AP courses in addition to a plethora of non-AP classes.

Like many schools, it isn't perfect. There are few outliers. It is a small school where you can know everyone. People are generally accepted as long as they publicly conform to the community's ideals. In general, a person can be open with his/her friends and teachers. I skipped my first year of high school which has placed me in a situation where I don't have a place to belong. I have been able to make friends with my classmates and other aged students at the school
