Sioux City East High School is somewhat an ok school , there is a lot of improvement needed in some areas of the school and the district.

It is very difficult to achieve here as a physically disabled student with extensive systemic and physical accessibility issues. This is especially true for college readiness and extracurricular involvement; very few are accessible.

I've been at East High School for about four years now and I've rarely had any problems with anything. We have a lot of activities going on all the time, and students really enjoy it. Being involved is what makes East High, East High. I'm personally involved in choir, show choir, national honors society, and color guard. I wouldn't trade being at East to being at any other school around my area. My experience at East has been fun and It's going to be sad to leave.

Tons of Teenagers get disorderly conduct charges every year, this goes in their record. It's dangerous to stand up for someone as there is too much drama involved. We don't trust teachers, they don't do anything, there's fights almost every day!

One of the better schools in Siouxland, top athletics, quality teachers and staff. Well built, clean, easy to navigate.
