I don't believe it is the best school. They care more about sports than anything. You also can't get any sort of success or recognition without a certain last name.

My experience with Slater High School isn't great, but it could also be worse. Overall, the teachers try their best to help you in what they can. Some take advantage of their power, but most are very respectful to the students and staff members.

This is one of the worst schools in Missouri. Poverty/depressed low income area with a school that ranks in the lower 1/3rd of all schools in the state. Poor quality of teachers, many of whom are teaching subjects and areas in which they are not certified. Not reccommended. Trend over the last 5 yea...
