Slippery Rock offers 8 AP courses taught by mostly qualified teachers. there are a variety of clubs offered, despite the small school size. Sports teams tend to be better funded/ cared for in the major sports (football,basketball), however the smaller teams have a good winning record typically.

I have thoroughly enjoyed my past four years at SRHS. The school has given me many good opportunities. It also is a school with a tight community feeling.

I would be the first to say that this schools staff is terrific and manage to help you when you have an issue most of the time, Definitely not a school i would recommend to someone who has an IEP because the coordinators and people pulling the strings treat you as you are worthless and that you cant...

I was treated like garbage and so were most of my friends. School administration had no time or patience for anyone that wasn't a football player or near the top of the class.
