GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

I would like to see more resources for mental and physical health. Overall its an amazing school. There are some negatives like the food, but I think that goes for every school so it's not a big deal.

Slocomb is a great school. With it being such a small school i was able to make so many friends and the teachers are very down to earth and friendly.

My experience at Slocomb High School has been one to remember. The teachers are all very qualified and do a wonderful job teaching the high school curriculum and preparing the students for college or the workforce. The teachers and administrators are also very involved and make every student feel like they are a part of Slocomb High School.
