Its not a bad school its perfectly average, I have worked via an internship with the district as well and see some of the messiness behind the scenes. However, if I ever had kids I wouldn't be hesitant about sending my children here.

Overall, SLEHS was pretty good. I was on the advanced path, which means I took many hard classes and encountered many very helpful teachers. I was on a good team, and participated in many great clubs. I believe I was set up well for college acceptance.

Our school is like a prison, we have locked down bathrooms, we use e hall passes, we cannot use bathrooms during lunch, and there are more security cameras here than students. Some teachers here are alwful. The rules that our school makes up for the students are absolutely ridiculous, and the students here are terrible as well.

He likes the teching staff; he's involved in the sports programs; he has a very nice group of friends that have equally healthy interests. And, the school itself, and the property it sits on are beautiful. This is a relatively new scho...
