Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

I am a current sophomore at south and there is a lot of bullying and offensive speech used there. once I found my group of people I was fine (still am ok). there are also several reports of harassment.

My older sister and brother went to school here, my sister died her senior year in a car accident and the have a rock dedicated to her with flowers around it. Some of the teachers truly car about me and its nice to I can rant to them. I played volleyball and soccer but I quit because I was in a very bad mental state and I am a little mad at myself for that but its ok.

In general, we have found the teachers to be knowledgeable in their subject areas and responsive to our emails about grades, homework. Academic rigor, especially in non-honor, non-AP classes, is lacking. In addition, there is room for a great deal of improvement at this school. First, communication...

This school needs more structure, less hours, cooperative staff.......bottom line, it needs to be like a Northern school.
