Very close-knit and accepting community, albeit somewhat clique-y at times. The teachers are down-to-earth yet challenge their students. Sometimes though, the school values the years spent teaching over a teacher's actual teaching skill. It is a competitive environment in which students are expected to strive for their best, but class sizes are small which allow for more personal help.

I like the smaller classes. It gives students an opportunity to connect with their teachers. The teachers really care about their students and their wellbeing. There is a sense of family here and that one of the many things I love about the Day School!

It is absolutely amazing. I love all of the teachers and it has further invigorated my love of learning. While it may cost a lot of money, the benefits outweigh the price 100%.

We absolutely love the Spartanburg Day School. We have been attending for 3 years and will be lifers, as long as life allows. The Parents Community has been incredibly welcoming and the staff has been incredibly helpful and knowledgeable as well. We’re so glad our girl is a Griffin!

Openly discriminatory, and the emails they send out have spelling and punctuation errors. Embarrassing. The teachers at public schools have better educations, and public schools offer more programs. Spartanburg Day School is amateur hour, plain and simple. Waste of money!
