The school seems to be inforcing more and more rules to middle school which makes many of us feel like we are in a prison. We rarely get time to go from class to class in the 3 minute time mark and teachers always get mad at students for not going to the restroom when they weren't allowed to first, second or whatever block they were in. The phone system is messed up as teachers are now taking phones out of lockers just because they want to win a competition against other teachers.

I have had a mostly positive experience with this school. Being a student that attended it for a majority of my school experience I know much about this school. It's main problems come from diversity, which it has nearly none. Also, multiple problems with staff treating students poorly. Other than those two things Spencerville was a great school to spend my life at.

Spencerville High School has prepared me for my next chapter in life. It has excellent teachers, coaches, and mentors. I would recommend others to attend.

The high school rating, 5 out of possible 10 doesn't begin to cast light on the degree of mediocrity present here.
