Washington County High School is a very family oriented environment. I will always look back on my time at High School with fond memories of togetherness. The best part of high school is the clubs that promote community engagement. These opportunities gave me a strong connection to the people and businesses within the local community. I will be forever grateful for the networking opportunities I was provided with at an early age that allowed me to showcase my unique gifts and give back to my town. The worst experience I can say I have had is just the lack of funding to our schools which limits opportunities for a college ready education. Due to lack of funding I was unable to take classes such as Calculus that i personally felt would have benefitted me prior to College. I was lucky to be able to have some college experience early thanks to the relationship between my high school and Elizabethtown Community Technical College. The biggest change I would like to see is more funding.

This school has lots of great teachers which is the best part. But it is lacking in consistency, all of the teachers that students enjoy end up leaving.

I am currently a senior, but that last three years have definitely been rough, with me getting assaulted and threatened by other students, but the principal has always taken care of it, so I'm proud to say I'm a commander..

Graduated from this school. Didn't prepare me at all for college. A few of the teachers are extremely rude and I even had one tell me I wouldn't go on to college. I made it to college and will soon graduate with two degrees. There are a few teachers I would thank deeply for believing in, the rest of...

My four children graduated from Washington County High School and they are all highly successful. Three out of the four graduated from college without any difficulty at all. They have also gone on to obtain additional degrees. The fourth is still an undergraduate in college. The teachers and adminis...
