The principle is very rude and not understanding of how to deal with children with a disability. When you talk to her and discuss what is going on, she gets extremely upset and hung up on me. I have made a report against her.

There are a lot of great teachers at this school. Unfortunately, proper leadership is lacking. When my child stood up for a child that was being bullied, he was punished.
