Some of my favorite things about central are the building and its history. Compared to the prison cells that are basically every other high school, or just school in general, that I have visited, Central actually feels like a place that is livid in and alive.

The best part of this school is the many opportunities for academic including AP, IB, Honors and normal classes as well. But also the pathways of CP and DP. The worst part of this school would probably be the bathroom they are nasty.

I would like to see extensions of the IB Program within the school and see new classes, more students, and more faculty be involved with it.

Both of my Daughters attend Central and are in the IB programs, and have joined the A+ program. Both sing in the Choir and are members of the Kilties the oldest all female drum and bugle corps in the nation. Proud traditional values.

Central is an amazing school. Both my girls have had nothing but incredible experiences at Central. Staff, teachers, and principals are incredible with the kids.

We love Central! Wouldn't go anywhere else in Springfield. Very liberal school, which is a great fit for me and my family.

The level of education at Central seems great at first. They have the IB program and are highly ranked nationally.
