This school is fine but the facilities are not that good and they don't offer really good classes. The only good thing that outstanding here is the mountains. The competition of other private boarding school is miles better.

Support is rather poor, and facilities are old and in disrepair. Culture here is extremely disruptive and disrespect is a big problem. Food isn't very nutritious and quality rest is hard to come by. I feel fatigued all the time, and tired even after sleep.

I found my life here with all of my amazing baron brothers that have supported me through tough times and helped me no matter what. Sometimes are bad some are good but overall we are brothers, and will always stay brothers until the end of the world.

At the time, I didn't appreciate it. Being away from my family, no car, no normal dating etc. But once I got to college and succeeded so well, it made me appreciate the experience. And the older I get, the prouder I am of having had the opportunity to matriculate from there.

My son is a freshman and is having a wonderful time at Blue Ridge. He is so proud of the progress he has made in both academics and athletics.
