St. James Academy is a school that welcomes the whole family. I have been so impressed with the faculty's dedication and passion for teaching. My daughter has grown so much over the years and she has found her confidence and passion through the guidance of the Academy. I could not be more proud to be a parent of SJA!

As many private schools in the Baltimore area have had changing leadership over the past 10 years, St James has maintained their excellent classroom experience for children. This is the most important thing to look for. Many of the High Schools we visited are so happy when we mention we are from St James and say how much they love our kids-so prepared and eager to learn. Small can be a true gift to your child - it gives them a manageable world and a chance to shine until it is time to move up.

the school got worse year after year. certain teachers and coaches are immature and treat students badly. only few good teachers.
