The leadership in this school is not competent. They lack organizational structure. My child attended this school for 5 years. It got progressively worse. My son attended fourth and fifth grades at PS74. The teachers he had were absolutely wonderful. They worked with him. They saw what his strengths were and used that as positive reinforcement to get the most out of him. Any concerns were addressed directly and with care. The administration was always...

At times disappointing. Every year I expect improvement and don't see it from the administrations's side. Notices for school events are sent with short notice- no consideration to working parents. PTA mtgs are only held during morning hours, never in the evenings.
