The school in general is decent, but there is nothing particularly special about it. The safety measures are acceptable; however, there are too many fights during the school year that need to be addressed.

Port Richmond has a close knit community surrounding it. The faculty are top notch and have great resources to boot. However the food sucks which is not insult to the lunch ladies who try their best to make the food good. The sports teams are inclusive and focus on academics first. The music and theater are very well funded and a prominent part of the school and their community. Pretty good school
