It was a decent school honestly. The programs for art (music, theatre, art) did not seem to be taken much care of, knowing that they could have down better. For sports, as we may not have the best teams out there, it was a good environment and I met some of my best friends through sports at Stevenson. The academics were alright. Some of the reason was me, but also some of the courses and teachers did not seem to teach or help us progress at all. While we learned some things, some of it was not even beneficial to do better in the class. This did not apply to all classes here, but I know I have more than one experience with this.

My experience with my highschool, Stevenson, has overall been good. I have created irreplaceable bonds with people I hope to keep in my life forever. I learn new things everyday and my favorite part is the bond I have created with some of my teachers. One teacher I'll never forget pushed as hard as possible to create bonds with his students because that was his top priority. Everyday I walk into his class he personally greets each and every one of us, which may seem small but as a shy student this is something that makes me happy, especially on days I don't feel my best. Always asking how hockey and lacrosse are going and giving us life advice we'll never forget. Some things I would love to see change is seeing more staff involvement like this, aswell as student activities. I feel that student activities always are a way to bring students together and build unbreakable friendships. A lot of times I found myself dreading going to some of these activities, so I'd like to see change here.

My overall experience at Stevenson High has honestly been a journey. I've been able to learn and grow with the class of 2024 and the other classes around me. Yes, sometimes it was challenging to just get through the year, but pushing through and never giving up is what made me the senior I am now. I'm glad I have been apart of such a cool school. It's going to be a bitter sweet moment when I graduate, but at least I made long lasting memories and friendships during these four years.

This is a great svhool to get your child prepared for college. There are some reports of drugs being used by students but it doesn't seem as if its as much as other high schools. The Teachers really care about the student here also.

I have two boys who have gone here. The first graduated, went to college, and has started his career. SHS prepared him for success at MSU. He made some lifelong friends. And his former teachers were very engaged and still ask about him. My youngest son goes there now. His experience is very good as...

Stevenson is a fantastic school with great opportunities for the students to learn real world applications. Big is not always bad. In fact, the learning experience at Stevenson is second to none. I attribute a lot of my professional success to the principles I learned while attending Stevenson.
