My time at DECA has been valued. My experience was overall good . Academically, the teachers and staff push you to excell. For extracurricular activities, there are many clubs to join and even an opportunity to create your own club or initiative. In my opinion, it's a good school.

I like that the main focus of the school is to help students with college readiness by providing free tuition to attend Georgia State University Clarkston Campus and complete dual enrollment courses for transferable credits to other colleges. This helps their students have a 100% college acceptance rate and be equipped with knowledge on how to succeed in college later on after high school completion.

I liked the small class size but they are very strict about many things. Like you can't wear hoodies and some rules they would enforce at times and then not at other times. For example, they would punish some people for wearing jeans on some days and then not punish on other days.
